Divorces
We can assist you to obtain your divorce or you can attend one of our do-it-yourself divorce classes. The choice is yours.
We
offer a fixed - fee service to take complete care of your divorce. We
complete all the paperwork, deliver the documents to your former spouse
and appear with you in Court where necessary.
Alternatively,
for a small fixed fee, you can opt to attend one of our regular
do-it-yourself divorce classes where we can guide you through
completing your paperwork and provide you with a checklist to complete
the process yourself.
Wills, Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardianships
Everyone over the age of 18 should have an up to date will.
Particularly
after a marriage or relationship break down, you should consider
updating your will to ensure that you protect your loved ones in the
event of your death.
We
can also advise you on how to look after your interests in the event
that you are unable to manage either your financial or medical affairs.
Our
fixed fee wills, powers of attorney and enduring guardianships, will
allow you to keep your affairs in order even when your health is not!
